Free Shipping Worldwide

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is nothing added at checkout and no minimum order value.

Processing Time

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Times

Orders ship from our United States warehouse. Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • United Kingdom and Europe: 8–16 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, and public holidays can extend them.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely between countries — please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the order minus any return costs charged to us by the carrier.

Tracking

Your tracking link is emailed automatically. It can take 24–48 hours before the carrier shows the first scan — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. On international orders, tracking can also go quiet for several days while the parcel moves between carriers.

Wrong Address

Check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@cloudtread.co as soon as possible and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days (20 for international orders), email support@cloudtread.co with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we reship or refund at your choice.

Returns
